If the mainsail is Flat Eric, then your beloved jib is “Red Genny”.

Thinking of your Red Genny and Flat Eric, and now I’ve just sold my Pandora 22 “My Precious II”, as I was afraid of a chronic or even terminal case of Poly Nav if I had kept her as well as my Trapper, Flying Fifteen, Wayfarer, Miracle and Topper, I’m thinking of buying a new bright red mainsail for “Harlequin”, my twin keeled Trapper 300, with a significant part of the sale’s proceeds.

Would you recommend Jeckells? I’ve had new sails from Crusader in 2007 for My Precious and a beautiful yellow, blue and red cruising chute for Harlequin last year and been very pleased with them.

    Enjoy your voyage to Scotland.

I have used Jeckells for a new sail, and I was very pleased with the service and result.

Oooooeer, its all gone quiet in here, or has it? I think I can hear Flat Eric flapping uselessly in the slight breeze and ……………….. is that Dylan muttering and swearing under his breath? Hahahaha

The tiller-pilot is “the Dalek”, courtesy of Roger.
Now if we just had a proper-name for the iron sail beneath the floor. The ‘Slug’ had her Beast….
