Kayak 1 or Duck Punt – you choose

"Kayak 1 is built in carbon fibre by America’s Cup boat builders in New Zealand, with timber detailing made by the country’s most highly regarded furniture maker.
In addition to a gloss carbon finish, gold plated brass fittings, and teak timber work, Kayak 1 can be ordered in colours, materials and finishes to suit one’s requirements, making it a truly bespoke product.
Kayak 1 strikes an exquisite balance between contemporary materials and form, and traditional
nautical styling. "

if you have to ask how much you canot afford it

I suspect that for the price of kayak 1 you could not only buy Duck Punt 1 but also transport system 1

Looks more like an exercise in marketing to me ….all gloss and no substance.

In the first shot, the model looks far more interesting than the kayak, In the second shot, I’d ditch the model and go sailing. No offence intended there, the model in the second shot is just as pretty no doubt, its just that the second craft depicted has a sail (which makes it the winner of course ;-)

The Duck Punt’s clearly wonderful for a sailing type, but cheap, elegant little 12ft paddlers can be fun too. This does pretty well: http://intheboatshed.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/03/cinderella11.zip
