ktl vlog 125 bog repairs

It took about six weeks to fix the engine mounts and it is easy to think job done - but the slug is an old boat and there is still lots to fix

If its not too late ……..

I have the same bog and spent hours trying to fix the same problems you have.
Having spent hours and £££££££££s on parts I realized that the old parts had flexed a little and the new ones just dont marry up.

Best option is to buy a new RM69, use the pump and all the seals then sell the left over brand new bits on ebay / YBW.

My spare bits set off across the pond !

I now have the electric RM69……..it sounds like a 8loody air raid siren !

Just looked, still have part no. 506 left (brand new)
fits onto back of pump, 2.5 inch round plastic with two lugs.
can post it to you foc with instruction manual if you find your old one has distorted and will not seal.
