    Unfortunately I have a complaint…

My BTC arrived as promised within 24 hrs….unfortunately without the optional , ( £1.99), ‘mucking fuddle’ attachment as per the illustrated port hand arrangement.in your opening photograph above..

AS you know a straightforward attachment to any cleat on a boat is never satisfactory and ‘must’ have superflous knots and dangly bits in order to work effectively….

Please can you dispatch my ‘mucking fuddle’ attachment at your earliest convenience….if not at your convenience then at any public lavatory within 5 miles of Maldon and I will collect .

    KInd regards,

    Anne R Swiper

Many thanks for your prompt response, but having read the enclosed 6 page health and safety disclaimer I have decided not to continue with the BTC and am returning it forthwith.

However I have decided to keep Christy Sweetness.

Please advise if a cash adjustment is due,

        Regards,
