   Theres nothing quite like it for clensing the blood. I recently went to Rye to recover a Bilge keel boat for a friend and when we got there it had fallen over in the mud! Fortunately it came back up on the next tide and we plonked it on the trailer so we could get it down to Weymouth. Rye is a lovely spot though… I think I’ll be going back.

   Some of the mud formations in Rye are spectacular – a lovely place all round – next time I shall spend more time there. I do worry about the slug not rising with the tide – which is a crazy thing to worry about I know.
