You’ve created a Movement, not just a Cause.
Auckt*, …just an abnormal spot of low water due to strange winds and a low tide. A brief moment on the soft mud of Fortuna and soon to be re-floated off.
Fisher 25 up for sale Emsworth Yacht Harbour.. up for sale with Slipway Marine… rumoured to be £19K but has been up for sale for a while… saw it and thought of you…
Buggered if I can find it.. :o) Not on their listings so it may have already gone..
Fishers are way over priced and very few with bilge keels
Keep looking. Some of the colvic even if amature finished can be great buys . People will spend I Saint amounts of money on a boat then sell for next to nothing.
You are a good Judge of a boat, go with condition and design not the name.
The fishers are ok but they have all the usual problems like leaky Windows etc.
Cheers Warren
The Ancients were wise to worship — and fear — the goddesses of Fate and Fortuna as they work invisibly on our lives in strange ways. Yet their youngest sister, Serendipity, is the most unexpected yet influencial. The Old Norse pagan in my blood is in awe of all their Provenience.
Just as I have the greatest respect for their cousin, Murphy.
The original Fisher Freewards are renowed seaboats. and like all fishers the layup is very heavy. Talking of “well looked after by a rich man” try this one Dylan –

£20k spend and selling at under £19k!
And there’s more standard F25s and Freewards on the FOA classified, one link back.
I write as a Fisher owner who has indulged himself too! But I’ve got the boat I want and intend to keep til my tide runs out.
