Bridlington Harbour

Jill and I spent a day and two nights in Bridlington

 

and jolly nice it was too

 

the whole harbour dries at low water - which is a wonderful thing. It keeps all the big planing mobos and deep keelers at bay

 

I have never seen a working harbour with so many wooden boats in it, so many motor cobles and the Yorkshire one designs are lovely, I wish could have seen them racing and.... the whole pirate thing makes me uncomfortable

there was one other task that needed completing

there comes a tide in the affairs of man when....
