Enjoying the floods

It has been raining hard here in the UK and we have had flooded meadows everywhere. I have been out sailing the duck punt. While I feel sorry for the local farmers and flooded householders I have been having a great time and the bird life has been spectacular

No film as I have lost the waterproof camera but it was a bit like this

I also got an email telling me that blip had removed all the build films

so they are here

http://www.keepturningleft.co.uk/blogs/ktl-vlog-duck-punt-01-plans-arrive/

the plans are also here

so you can download them and build yourself a punt. It can be done in 18 hours of workshop time

Lovely and green. What is the music accompanying this epic voyage?

    Hi Dylan,
At least something good comes out of the floods you can go sailing closer to home and keep your hand in the winter months while the rest of us are doing our refits on our boats wishing we were sailing, I will have to get round to build a punt myself so I can get sailing.

if you got yourself organised you could have one up and sailing by feb 1 – they are so easy to build and such a delight to sail

not seen it since before Christmas

penalty of taking it everywhere I go I guess

could be an alcohol related incident

it might turn up in the garage, in a boat, under a hedge
