    it is the Beauly – had not clocked the name change as I usually have labels turned off when looking around google earth

    so why is it not the river Moray?

    I guess the moray firth is like the solway and pentland firths – about the coast/area rather than a river like clyde, forth etc.

    Hi all,

    I use g-earth to follow Dylan’s adventures and I see near Inverness, between Clacknaharry and Essich (passing straight over Scorguie) a strip of ‘boxed pixels’; what are they hiding? (Not even your Clyde naval base or the military airbase near Leeuwarden are hidden…). Or is it just my computer?
