After almost a year on the Humber system we eventually headed down the estuary for the last time, The river’s notorious weather systems had a bit of parting shot for us. We then spent a sublimely peaceful a night aground on the sandy expanses of Tetney Harbour before heading North to Bridlington (chip capital of Britain) and onto Scarborough with the best sculpture of the journey so far.
