Just cant get into the tit and bum show channels.

I only really watch yours (Your films, not your tits or bum.), used to like Simon Carters films but unfortunately he stopped posting, and recently found Adventures of an Old Sea Dog which from what I’v watched, looks good, although I’m more interested in trailer sailer cruising than blue water cruising myself.. Oh and I used to like watching Captain Karlson and the slightly mad ships boy on their Mirror over in Sweden, but the ships boy only posts about his little yellow electric scooter these days…

I guess, at least these tit and bum channels are getting quite a few of the 20 somethings interested in the idea of sailing, which is something very few around these parts get into these days…

But still, its sad that they are able to make so much more cash than you, when you are putting more, research, intelligent content, professional skill, and hard work into the making of your films than any of the sailing channels I have seen…

Are you still banned from Adsense? If yes, you should dump all your films from youtube and upload them all over again to a new youtube channel to get adsense working again. I always let the ads run on yourubers pages whose stuff I enjoy and I’m sure there are others like me…

I would say that Delos is good fun and well made – not seen the others.. tit and bum show?? We all have them, and if you were filming in them temperatures you’d be wearing swimming costume as well???? Good on ’em as you would say…

S/v Delos is not a utube vblog I follow. It can see the attraction ( apart from the T& A show).
It reminds me a lot of the 90’s era TV shows that started a huge genre with ‘The Real World’ and ‘Road Rules’ which were facaniating for the first couple of seasons until the participants became actors and figured out the ruthless ways to succeed.
haven’t watched since then. (Big Brother is a similiar European version).
However SV Delos does have a few amazing parts, and the Amel 55? Is the real star of the show. The amazing footage of stormsailing at night……stirring stuff….I think they were lucky or skilled but the boat was the star.
The rest , all the drinking and partying is boring to watch for long, and there side trip footage so so.
Perhaps the early stuff was better?
La vagabond…..recent cat stuff seems like big brother manufacturer is watching and pulling strings….. and those Aussie whinny voices just grate after a while……
I’ll try to stick with my favorites and KTL( if that guy ever comes up with a plan!)
    Cheers Warren

I can’t decide whats worse: Those terrible Aussie twangs, or the Coro St accents.

they work hard at what they do and are amazingly successful. If I could make in a year what they make in a week….well ……I would be in scotland where it is blowing a force nine at the moment while here on the deben it is warm, dry and only slightly windy. What am I saying?

They say: “We intend to start an expeditionary project aimed at exploration, conservation, and good ole’ fashioned healthy livin’ and adventure.”

Conservation? How? I am not convinced and surely not going to pay. But I can understand they love their way of living.

They do seem to do a fair amount of flying home – but then for a slice of this summer I was sailing one week in scotland and then driving home to edit for a week so that was 2000 miles a week… hugely ungreen

I like the films – the style excellent – just right. I like his gentle calm voice over and occasionally slice of self deprecation.
